Brief Description: Flap brace and aileron fairing preparation
Today I clecoed in the aileron gap fairing and flap brace to both the left and right wing and match drilled them to the skin and aft spar, see image 1 and 2. After match drilling I removed them and edge finished, deburred and dimpled or countersunk as applicable. Then I also deburred the aft spars. To finished up I clecoed in the aileron hinge brackets, match drilled them to the aft spars, removed them and carried out the deburring of the aileron hinge brackets as well as the aft spars.
